Coffee 24/7, Curious Enjoyment or Deeply Questionable.

Coffee

Coffee is possibly one of the most popular beverages consumed all over the world by different age groups.

Some like it black and strong, while you find others who prefer it flavored, rich and smooth and of course one of my favorites is the Cold One.

Have it in the mornings or evenings, with scorns, cakes, or biscuits. A good cup/mug of coffee is a delight to have.

What goes best with a cup of coffee? Another cup”.

– Henry Rollins

It is really a very versatile drink that suits most palates.

Here is an important fact I found, that puts the glamorous light on the humble origins of this famous drink

Legend has it that 9th-century goat herders noticed the effect caffeine had on their goats, who appeared to “dance” after eating the fruit of the Coffea plant. A local monk then made a drink with the produce and found that it kept him awake at night, thus the original cup of coffee was born

Fascinating, Isn’t it…

Coffee produces Caffeine, which acts as a stimulant to your central nervous system and when it reaches your brain you noticeably feel alert, less tired, and more vibrant.

So,

What is Coffee

coffee beans, cup,

It is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain flowering plants in the Coffea genus. From its fruit, the seeds are separated to produce a stable and a raw product – unroasted green coffee. The seeds are then roasted, a process which transforms them into a consumable product: roasted coffee, which is then grounded into fine particles that are typically steeped in hot water before being filtered out, producing a cup for you.
